Description
An embroidered patch illustrating the "press check", a traditional technique of checking for the presence of a cartridge in the magazine without fully withdrawing the slide. It involves placing one finger on the underside of the slide and another on the trigger guard.
The patch also references a scene in Michael Mann's iconic movie, Heat (1995), in which one of the main characters, Neal McCauley (Robert De Niro), performs a press check. This was one of many scenes that contributed to the movie's realism and the character's believability. The patch can be easily attached to hook and loop (Velcro) panels on clothing, equipment, accessories or backpacks, making it excellent for personalization.
