Good non-lethal self defense tool for survival

What can you expect for a €1 helmet cover you might ask? Well, the elastic externally is worn, the cover has some holes in it, but only 1 which I would class as needs a fix straight away. The rubber band around the edge is well attached, no rips and not cracked anywhere. There is a marking on the rear of the cover from the previous user, to be expected with an issued item. Overall, for €1, this is very worthwhile. It is still a very serviceable helmet cover, will fit a decent variety of PASGT style helmets, and, bearing the price in mind, is a lot better than you might expect it to be!
