Li-Po Battery 2900 mAh 7.4V - IPower

         IPower nunchaku-type Li-Po battery with a capacity of 2900 mAh and a voltage of 7.4 V. The discharge current is 20C. It is equipped with a small Tamiya connector.

        Li-Po batteries are characterized by an excellent capacity-to-weight ratio and a low self-discharge rate, making them ideal for practical use. The offered lithium-polymer batteries are built from two (7.4V) or three (11.1V) cells. Due to their compact size relative to capacity, they can be used in replicas where space for the battery is limited. Replicas powered by this type of battery operate more efficiently and for longer periods compared to traditional batteries.

Proper Usage Guidelines for Li-Po Batteries

         The battery will function correctly as long as the following rules are followed:

Charging:

• Charge the Li-Po battery only in Li-Po dedicated mode, using a microprocessor-controlled charger.

• For uniform cell charging, use a charger with a balancing function (service port).

• Do not leave the battery unattended during charging (including overnight). Use a special charging bag.

• Do not overcharge the battery above 4.2 V per cell.

During Use:

• Avoid discharging below 3.2 V per cell, as this may cause permanent damage and dangerous chemical reactions, including fire risk.

• Do not exceed the maximum allowed discharge current (capacity in mAh multiplied by the C rating).
  Example: 2100 mAh battery with 15C rating → 2100 × 15 = 31,500 mA (31.5 A).

• Keep the battery away from flammable objects.

• Do not short-circuit the terminals, puncture the battery, or damage the wiring.

Storage:

• Do not store the battery connected to the replica.

• For long-term storage, periodically check the minimum charge level using a dedicated charger or monitoring device.

• Store the battery partially charged – ideally around 70%.

• Protect the battery from direct sunlight exposure.

• Ideal storage temperature: approximately 12°C.
